Get inside a house, large building or a car.
Do NOT stand under a tall tree or telephone pole.
Find a spot which is as low as possible, for instance a small dip or valley. Do NOT stand on the top of a hill.
Put down golf clubs or anything metal and get off of a bike.
If you are on a level ground drop to your knees and bend forward putting your
hands on your knees. Do not lie flat on the ground.
