Charge, Element and Isotope Analysis System (CELIAS)

CELIAS is designed to find out what the material flows out of the Sun (the Solar Wind) is made of. It has three different sensors which analyse

1. what elements does the solar wind contains,
2. what is the electric charge of these elements,
3. how fast are the elements travelling.
