Various GIS limits were violating after the reboot due to the GIS Detector HV's not being turned on. The script "GIS_LOADSW_NEW" was prematurely exited, resulting in the last four commands not being executed (cbeghv*n). These commands were sent manually and the GIS setup was properly completed.
