  A Full CDS Reboot was completed (from 15:12 UT - 17:00 UT).
  A Mechanism Lubrication was completed at 18:08 UT.
  Various GIS limits were violating after the reboot due to the GIS Detector
HV's not being turned on.  The script "GIS_LOADSW_NEW" was prematurely
exited, resulting in the last four commands not being executed (cbeghv*n).  
These commands were sent manually and the GIS setup was properly completed.
There was no impact to CDS instrument or science.
