NIS HV input was enabled at 16:25 UT for NIS MCP Exposure testing. Test
voltage had a target value of 625V. Setting MCPC voltage to a value 410
produced at MCPC voltage of .54V which resulted in a micro-channel plate
voltage of 622.5V. Test again consisted of two runs of the study SAS250N/v8
followed by 5 runs of FULLCCD. Initial study kicked off at 17:05 UT.
Current draw during initial exposures was 2.55 mA eventually settling down
to 2.47 mA. Quiescent current draw 1.21 mA which again settled to 4.18 mA.
NIS HV input was disabled at 23:55 UT.

The study GISAT/v2 failed to run at its scheduled time (13:26 UT). The
non-time-tagged study RDI_2/v1 also failed to run. Reason for failure of
these studies is still unknown. Investigation shows commands being executed
from the DCS but no change sequence ID or table position.
The NIS HV input was enabled at 19:52 UT. Current draw on turn on was
~1.18 - 1.19 mA. NIS Micro-Channel Plate control voltage was commanded to a
value of 0x20 which resulted in a MCPC value of 1.10V. Resulting MCP voltage
was 647.19V. Test consisted of two runs of the study SAS250N/v8 followed by
5 runs of FULLCCD. Initial study kicked off at 19:55 UT. Current during
initial exposure was 2.61 mA, eventually increasing to 2.65 mA. Quiescent
current draw was 1.18 mA
NIS HV was left enabled for soak test over the weekend.
CTM16 violated its Yellow Low limits at ~02:00 UT DOY 218. Reason for
violation was that CDS was off-pointed above N. Solar Pole. A modified limit
violation sheet was submitted for the rest of the weekend.

NIS MCP HV testing was started at 18:40 UT today. As the HV current was
already enabled after the weekend soak test and the Micro-Channel Plate
Control Voltage was already at its desired value, no state changes were
required before running the test studies. Testing consisted of two runs of
the study SAS250N/v8 followed by 5 runs of FULLCCD. Initial study kicked off
at 18:40 UT. Current draw during initial exposures was 2.61 mA. Current
draw remained stable throughout the test. Quiescent current draw remained
at 1.18 mA.
NIS HV was disabled at 01:04 UT.

GIS High Voltages for detectors 1 & 2 violated their Red High limit at
08:40 UT. Current draw during period of violation remained within reasonable
limits. Suspicion is that the violations were due to extremely high exposure
voltages specified in the GSET 78. GIS HV's 1 & 2 were disabled by commands
sent from the IMOC at ~09:00 UT.
NIS High Voltage input was enabled at 17:27 UT to continue with the NIS MCP
HV test regimen. Current draw when enabled was 1.19 mA. NIS exposure
testing continued at 18:11 UT with 1 run of SAS250N/v8 at a MCP voltage of
647V (same as the previous days test). Current draw during exposured was
within the expected range (2.60 mA - 2.62 mA).
GIS detector 1 & 2 HV's were enabled at 19:24 and 19:26 UT. Voltage and
current appeared to be nominal at turn on.
At 20:11 UT a series of GIMCP_1B/GIMCP_2 studies were run. All results
appear to be nominal. GIS detectors 1 & 2 will remain enabled.
A second run of the study SAS250N/v8 was started at 22:30 UT to continue
with the NIS MCP exposure voltage test. Initial exposures showed a current
draw of 2.61 mA. Current draw remained level throughout the study.

MCP exposure test began at 19:15 UT by running the SAS250N/v8 study on a
region of quiet sun. Actual MCP voltage during test is 673.37V. Current
draw during initial exposures is 2.71/2.72 mA with excursions up to 2.76 mA.
A second run of the study SAS250N/v8 was started at 21:45 UT. This will
be run on a region above the North Pole. This will be followed by 5 runs
of FULLCCD at the same pointing.
An NIS setup register A system error was detected.
