Two studies, PY24W/v5 (Prominence Temperature Diag.)
were not run due to an accidentally deleted VDS window
table. The table was deleted while manually editing the
LTB file and associated CVT files in order to correct
for a previous switch in table indexes performed on DOY
209. This switch was done to allow a plan which was
created by CPT with the /NEW switch set to be uploaded
without aborting the studie(s) which were currently
running.

INSTRUMENT STATUS: Investigation into a strange occurrence in which a series
of untagged studies did not run. The next time-tagged
study ran properly at 1300, but after the SYNOP at 0630,
the untagged studies after it did not run until the 1300
time-tagged study. Also found that a time-tagged study at
1900 did not run, either. This is very strange since a
replay through STM showed the commands as being loaded
properly. Ran cpt/update to the instrument for
changes made to ops_ltheta and ops_lphi in the state DB.

Imported the follwing studies: dynhel1_2, o_netw1,

so the problem just seems to be an unexplained anomaly.
CPT was run with /new, and these problems have not been
seen.

INSTRUMENT STATUS: Detector 1 trip during GIS study @1425 UT today. Analysis
showed no unusual count rates, currents, or voltages. The
raw count rate peaked at around 2200 before tripping, the
voltage was around 4.05 kV and the current at 22.8 uA. The
detector was reset @1509 UT while the GIS study was still
running.

INSTRUMENT STATUS: Instrument anomally occured at aproximately 13:26 UT
when a CDHS Macro Error was detected. This error occured
when series ID 3860 (table 41) attempted to start series
ID 3861 (table 38). Table 38 at the time contained
series ID 3845, which caused a Macro Series ID error to
be generated. The reason table 38 contained the wrong
series is that series ID 3845 was mistakenly loaded into
table 38 by the operater the night before. Once the
macro error occured, the processing of study G2AL/v1
halted and the CDS entered READY_BOTH mode. The CDS
remained in this state until the study LIMB/v6 was started
manually at 16:04 UT. Also lost was study GEAST/v1.
