flag and executed table 2 which caused it to return to STANDBY mode and
shut its doors. Spacecraft substitution heaters (COBS circuit #63, 60%)
were enabled for CDS by 5:40 UT. Temperatures remain stable.

CDHS crashed at ~17:16 UT after successfully uplinking 2 CBENOOP commands.
Began the Full CDS Reboot script and brought CDS to STANDBY at 19:37 UT.
However, when CDS was brought up READY_BOTH, problems with the GIS were
detected which seem to cause the GIS to halt anytime it was sent a command.
Subsequent testing failed to resolve the problem. Finally CDS was brought
back down to STANDBY mode at 22:11 and returned to READY_BOTH mode using
the script rtops/READY_BOTH instead of the usual rtops/READY_BOTH_RAM.
After the return to READY_BOTH, the GIS behaved nominally.
