At 01:00 UT, the Emergency study started. Apparently, XCPT did not remove
the previous appended Emergency study.
The Emergency study was aborted at 19:40 UT. The deferred command store
was cleared and XCPT was rerun with the "delete on-board tables" option. The
revised science plan will begin at 21:00 UT.

While loading the science plan, a "command invalid" error was received on
STM. Looking at the DCS dump, the times were off by 1 sec., and the previous
days Emergency study was still on-board (set to start after SYNOP at 01 UT).
The cause of this is being investigated, but seems to stem from the leap
second that occured on December 31, 2005. In the meantime, no Emergency
study will be appended (since dcs_edit can't remove all selected time tags)
and studies that are time-tagged will start 1 sec earlier.
The DCS was cleared and a science plan was reloaded without an Emergency
study.
