Looking at the DCS dump, the times were off by 1 sec., and the previous days Emergency study was still on-board (set to start after SYNOP at 01 UT). The cause of this is being investigated, but seems to stem from the leap second that occured on December 31, 2005. In the meantime, no Emergency study will be appended (since dcs_edit can't remove all selected time tags) and studies that are time-tagged will start 1 sec earlier. The DCS was cleared and a science plan was reloaded without an Emergency study. DAY PLAN: Science Operations.
