During the mode transition from STANDBY mode to READY_BOTH, the NIS HV input was enabled. HV current draw was initially erratic, but then settled down to nominal levels. Reboot procedures were completed at 20:57 UT. NIS HV input remained enabled until 04:05 UT on DOY 201. At this point the HV input was disabled and a GIS-Only plan was loaded.
