  A WATCHDOG error occurred at 02:30 UT.  The rocovery was completed at 
  04:53 UT, and the science plan was resumed at 06:34 UT.  CDS is nominal 
  after the recovery.
  A swap of the primary/secondary processors was performed today.  There 
  were a number of problems with the ground stations which delayed the 
  completion.  Two new scripts were implemented to do the switch, 
  POWER_SEC_PROC1 and RESTART_SEC_PROC1.  Also, czcprpu2 was needed to 
  boot from processor #2.  All was nominal with the change.    
CDS GROUND SYSTEM: 
  Due to an error in the way CPT tries to generate commands to change the
  slit position when the option to "ALLOW ADJUSTMENT OF MIRROR AND SLIT 
  POSITIONS TO AVOID OPS MOVEMENT" was chosen, certain series tables could
  not be uploaded to CDS.  CPT was then rerun with this option disabled 
  and all the series tables uploaded correctly.
